Integrative Energy Healing

I developed Integrative Energy Healing™ over more than two decades of clinical naturopathic practice as a way to support lasting nervous system regulation and trauma resolution through results-oriented energy work. This is individualized healing for those seeking depth and root-level change. My approach integrates a range of effective energy-based methods with naturopathic and herbal medicine and unfolds over time based on what is most relevant to address.

Who This Work Is For

This work is for people who are already working at a deep level - or who are ready for a deeper approach - and are seeking an experienced and qualified guide.

Many who find their way here have lived with chronic illness, complex symptoms, or nervous system overwhelm, and have been told their labs are “normal” or that nothing is wrong. Others identify as highly sensitive, intuitive, or deeply affected by their environments, relationships, or family systems.

This work is especially resonant for generational or lineage healers - those who sense they are here not only to heal themselves, but to address inherited burdens within their bloodline. Many are working with early and pre-verbal trauma, including gestational experiences, childhood neglect, ancestral patterns, and imprints that feel older than one lifetime.

While the body is often treated as primarily physical, it is largely energetic in nature. The energy body holds our lived experiences - including those that were never fully processed. When these layers remain unresolved, they can disrupt regulation, vitality, and cellular functioning over time.

Integrative Energy Healing is designed to work at this level - for generational healers, lineage healers, and those on a deep path of personal and spiritual evolution who are ready to resolve what the body has been carrying and step more fully into who they are here to become.
