Join us for a sacred Imbolc Sound Healing Ceremony, a gentle and powerful gathering to honor the midpoint between winter and spring. Imbolc is a time of awakening, purification, and intention-setting, traditionally associated with the returning light, inner fire, and the first stirrings of new life beneath the earth.

During this ceremony, you will be immersed in a healing soundscape created with singing bowls, drums, chimes, vocal toning, and intuitive sound, designed to support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and renewal. Sound vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.

We will open sacred space with intention and grounding, inviting reflection on what you are ready to release from the winter season and what you wish to nurture and call in as the light grows stronger. This is a beautiful time to reconnect with your inner flame, creativity, and purpose.

All are welcome—no prior experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest, receive, and realign with the rhythms of nature.
