Podcast, protocols and what's helping right now
I've been in another deep round of healing, followed by some regression, cocooning and integration.
I spent a long arc in India doing Panchakarma, a 5,000-year-old Ayurvedic detox process - think daily oleation (therapeutic oils in every possible way), steam, and a series of microbiome balancing herbal enemas.
I soaked in twice-daily, 2-hour treatments..all meals were prepared...and enjoyed abundant conversation and social time with people from all over the world. (Turns out this Panchakarma center doubles as a social club!)
Add in the warm, vibrant climate, and everything just slooows down.
In the West, we tend to do intense interventions and then drop right back into the same pace - expected to “integrate” while everything around us remains dysregulated.
This experience was so different, and it was the level of care my inner ecosystem needed to reorganize...plus it gives me inspiration to create a similar space.
My liver became light and joyful, my chakras were aligned and my dreams were prolific and quite revelatory as to what my subconscious was re-patterning.
And...the icing on the cake was the release of a resistant layer - something I’ve been working at for 10 years and knew wasn’t going to fully shift on US soil.

What was supposed to be a 3-week trip turned into a month when the war broke out and I couldn’t get home through the Middle East.
Finding flights was a nonsensical headache - I ended up rerouting through Bali and managed to save almost $5K.
Then, coming back to the US was, as always, the type of jarring that impacts my 3D world - this time it required all my car brakes to be replaced immediately.
And the skies.
I know this isn’t something everyone tracks, but I do.
The chemtrails have become WAY more intense. When they spray overnight, I feel it the next morning - headache, brain fog, stiffness along with a toxin hangover.
Spring is looking like liver season, allergy season, and chemtrail season all rolled into one!
I wake each day, and give my body what it needs. It's been working really well (so far no gas mask needed, tho that is in the Amazon cart!).
It’s really important to keep the lymph moving and the liver clear with this type of exposure.
Here’s what I am currently leaning into:
Liver support
Liver Assist tincture, green juice, lemon water
Anti-inflammatory type diet and my new favorite superfood snack by the handful - home made sprouted mung beans! (nutrient dense superfood that supports phase 2 liver detox)
Allergy support

Nasal steam inhalations
Vitamin C + NAC have been key
Reishi consistently - I was on this with astragalus this past winter and, my allergies are noticeably more manageable this year
Movement + sweat
Daily movement (make a playlist of any songs that spontaneously pop up in your head - I’ve been having a lot of fun with this one!)
Saunas as often as I can manage
Vigorous tai chi flow exercises
